Jason Berg grew up as the youngest of seven kids in Minnesota. He was always a creative leader with an unusual approach on almost everything he was a part of.
Growing up in a christian background, as a 3 sport athlete in a family of sports, faith and small business. Jason learned to lead through sports, recreational & creating business ideas and concepts. At the young age of 18 he started his works and own businesses focused on coaching, teaching, training and providing direction for athletes and families.
Over the next 30 years, Jason built his businesses and a family, with his focus on becoming successful in the sport and software spaces for high school, college and inspiring pro athletes.
Over the next 30 years Jason built up many businesses, homes, properties, toys, wealth and all the things most would recognized as successes. An instagram christian family from the outside, a lost sheep walking without the direction of Yah (God).
The names “JoyN The Way" & "Honoring Our Father" are tributes to his own father and our heavenly father. His father was a Marine and a man of strong faith, after being saved from himself.
Raise sons who become men of The Way, Men of Yah. Gather fathers to lead with The Way and with courage to pass on The Way to their generation after generation. After all that is really what the 5th Way (command) means.
Schools are provided their own Career Classrooms website along with an annual support contract at no charge.
Students pay a small monthly fee based on their school's participation level (some schools cover student fees).
Employers costs are based on the number of cities or regions they would like to draw candidates from.
Jason is now a man of The Way, and a father to three. He lives to lead his family, his teams, and now, a growing movement of men to The Way.
In 2020 Berg received his first activation. His eyes were opened up to the ways of the world, in politics & power. In 2022 he was then shown The Way of the Creator.
